Queries Sent to Search Providers
A name, location, or other term entered in a search tool is transmitted to the independent provider that operates the tool. Its privacy terms govern that submission. Mahnomen County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages Sent to Us
If you email or submit a contact message, we keep the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share the message outside the organization unless the response requires a service provider or disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Routine web systems may record limited technical details when a page loads. This information supports delivery, measurement, troubleshooting, and security.

This Site Is for Adults
The site is intended for people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a minor. A parent or guardian who believes a minor sent information may use the Contacts page to request its deletion.
Choices About Your Data
Subject to applicable law and our ability to verify the request, a person may ask for a copy of personal data we hold, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, or an opt-out from certain processing. Requests should identify the information and the requested action through the Contacts page.
